A quick post to say thanks to my good buddy Señor Mouzer for a belated Christmas gift in the form of his home brew Sloe gin. Now I’m not normally a fan of Sloe gin, but this stuff is absolutely spot on. It’s school tomorrow so I’m diluting it with a bit of tonic water tonight, but it’s a super smooth and easy drinking tipple on its own. It’s nice and fruity with the addition of some chocolately notes in there making it a perfect drink for the coming Summer evenings. I’ll see if I can get the recipe from him to share on here, but I can’t promise anything as he likes to keep his cards close to his Gansey’d chest.
NICE ‘N’ SLOE
